A bumper Saturday attendance saw pegging a bit tight and it was an end peg on Strip which saw victory for Paul Wright. Pole and corn long down the edge into peg 24 saw 12 decent carp bagged for the win.

Another fantastic attendance saw two sections pressed into action on Oasis Lake. It was here that John Allerton pole fished pellet down the middle and to the far side for an unassailable 119lb 9oz of mainly F1s, to pip another couple of ton up weights on the inform Benny’s Lake. On the league front, Ryan Lidguard emerged victorious with a perfect 7 point score, well done Ryan. The Winter League will begin again in October 2016, don’t miss it!
